Refund/Return/Exchange policy

All jewelry and pendants are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. If your Jewelry or pendant breaks within 14 days of delivery we will be happy to send you a replacement, but items will only be replaced once. For example if we send you a replacement and that one breaks we will not be sending another replacement. You will also need to provide proof of damage/ break for us to process the replacement. Thank you!
